Weakest Link Killer Given Life sentence>>

A jealous husband who killed his wife with the words “you are the weakest link — goodbye” was jailed for life yesterday.
Richard Cooper, 40, a rail guard from Tonbridge, Kent, was found guilty of murdering his wife Teresa, 46, in a rage after he recorded her having sex with another man.

The jury at Maidstone Crown Court had heard a a tape of the killing because Cooper had accidentally left a tape recorder on. Cooper, who showed no emotion when the verdict was passed, had admitted manslaughter but denied murder.

Judge Andrew Patience told Cooper: 'None of us who sat in this court and heard the contents of that tape will probably ever forget it. I, for my part, certainly won’t. What you did was wicked almost beyond belief.'
